How long will it take to arrive?
Tokyo Dog Box will be shipped at the beginning of every month.
Delivery to Hong Kong and China usually takes 3-7 days, but may vary depending on customs clearance and region.
How much is the shipping fee?
The flat rate is 18 USD. (subject to exchange rate fluctuations).
How can you cancel a BarkBox?
If your pup isn't happy with their Tokyo Dog Box, we’ll work with you to make it right. You may disable the auto-renewal on your multi-month subscription commitment at any time from your account dashboard.
If you would like to end your subscription commitment early, please contact our Happy team. Please note, however, that your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
Can you tailor it to the breed and size of the dog?
Yes. You can choose from "small dogs, medium dogs, and large dogs" when placing your order.
We will deliver snacks and toys that are best suited for each size.
Is it safe?
