What is tokyo dog box?
A monthly subscription box featuring mostly additive-free treats from Japan and Japan-made toys, curated by dog size (small/medium/large).
Which dogs is it for? What sizes are available?
We offer Small, Medium, and Large.
If unsure, tell us your dog’s weight and chewing strength—we’ll recommend a size.
What’s included each month?
Contents change monthly.
Are the treats really additive-free and where are they made?
We choice additive-free, Japan-made treats. Ingredients and origin are listed on the product label and info card.
My dog has allergies. Can you accommodate this?
Add your dog’s allergens at checkout or in your account. We’ll substitute when possible, but complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed.
How do you ensure safety? Is it vet-approved?
We source from compliant manufacturers and verify labeling. For health concerns, please consult your veterinarian.
What about shelf life and storage?
Each item shows its best-by date. Store in a cool, dry place and use promptly after opening.
How do you ship and how long does it take? Is tracking available?
Shipped from Japan with tracking. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and weather.
When will I be billed?
You’re charged at purchase, then automatically on your renewal date (roughly the same day each month).
How do I change my dog’s size or shipping address?
Update in your account. To take effect for the next box, submit at least 48 hours before renewal/fulfillment.
What if my box is damaged or hasn’t arrived?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll investigate and offer a reshipment or replacement when appropriate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay). The display and charge currency are shown at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Because the box includes food, returns aren’t accepted. For defects or wrong items, contact us within 7 days.
How do I leave a review or a video review?
Use the review request email after delivery or our “Leave a Review” link on the site. Video reviews are supported.
How can I contact support and which languages do you support?
Use the “Contact” form. Support is available in Japanese and English,Chinese. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
