How often will I receive my box?

You’ll receive one box every month.

What comes in a box?

It depends on your dog’s size. For small dogs, each box includes 3 premium treats and 1 toy.

What size should I get for my dog?

There are three sizes available, each with a different price.

How much does a TokyoDogBox cost?

Subscription fees vary depending on size.We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans.The longer the contract period, the greater the discount.

How can you cancel a BarkBox?

If your pup isn't happy with their TokyoDogBox, we’ll work with you to make it right. You may disable the auto-renewal on your multi-month subscription commitment at any time from your account dashboard here.

If you would like to end your subscription commitment early, please contact our Happy team. Please note, however, that your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
